Where do we start to end off this review? The Samsung ML-2540 is not a fancy printer but it wasn’t designed to be on. The ML-2540 is perfect for a student living in a dorm where space is tight. It produces very high quality black and white prints at 24 pages per minute with the first sheet coming out in nine seconds.

Samsung ML-2540

The Samsung ML-2540 falls short in value and some of the features. It only has a USB interface and doesn’t come with duplex printing. With a retail price around ninety dollars it does fall within your typical monochrome laser printers. However, if you think you could use faxing, scanning or would want to share this printer on the network then you should also keep an eye out for devices like the SCX-4623NF.

  • Advantages

  • High quality print
  • Compact design
  • Disadvantages

  • No duplex or network printing
  • Limited value to One Touch and AnyWeb software

I’d like to thank Samsung for making this review possible.
