The packaging is instantly recognizable as a Noctua product with the brown, white and blue color scheme. The square box hits some product highlights, features and specifications. Most information you need for compatibility can be found right on the outside.

The accessory box sits on top, once removed the heatsink is revealed nestled inside another cardboard container.

Included are installation instructions and hardware for both AMD and Intel platforms. A universal bag contains a tube of NT-H1 thermal grease, low power adapters, Y-splitter, fan cable extension, fan screws, case badge and silicone Vibration-Compensators. Topping it off is an included Philips head screwdriver.
