Cooler Master Vortex Plus CPU Cooler
Aug 16th, 2010 | By StevenConclusions drawn from testing lead me down two different paths. Anyone with a high end quad core, this is not going to be the best cooler for you, as it does not cope with enormous amounts of heat well unless noise isn’t an issue. On the other hand, this cooler would be a perfect fit for a simple dual core media center PC.
Cooler Master has hit exactly the target for which it was aiming. HTPC/LAN boxes would benefit from this pint sized cooler. In a gaming LAN environment, most users could care less about noise, and HTPC’s typically have lower power processors.

I’d like to thank Cooler Master for making this review possible.
