The HIS HD 5570 uses the reference ATI design with a small black single slot heatsink and fan. It comes with a single slot full height bracket installed for use in standard cases.

The HD 5570 comes with DVI, HDMI and a removable VGA port. The VGA port can either be removed for low profile applications or stacked with both low profile brackets for a two slot low profile application making it ideal for HTPC setups.

The heatsink is held on with four screws and appears to make good contact.

I found the memory specifications at Samsung’s website . The data sheet shows the memory (K41G1646E-H11) is rated at a max of 900MHz so there may not be much room for overclocking.
