The Nikon D700 is a professional-grade FX (full-frame) format DSLR with 12.1-megapixel at hand, and is completely different than anything Ive reviewed up to this point. The MSRP for a Nikon D700 body is $2699.95USD or $2499.95CAD. The D700 positions itself above the Nikon D300S in the product lineup and could be seen as the entry-level model in the FX format lineup, however, I doubt theres nothing entry-level about it.
