Both of the 5.25″ and 3.5″ bays as well as the hard drive mounts are tool free designs. The drive bays use a sort of rocking lever that locks once the drive is slid into place. Each of the hard drive mounts employ sound dampening posts to help reduce any noise generated by the hard drives.

There are two removable fan filters on the bottom of the case, one for the power supply and one for an optional fan. A 9 bladed fan provides exhaust for the PS05. The motherboard tray has a cutout to help with aftermarket heatsink installations.

The plastic panel that we saw earlier along the back rotates out to release the PCI covers. Screw holes are provided should you want a firmer method to secure your PCI devices.

There is room in the top of PS05 for two 120mm fans. Unlike most cases, these fans are installed tool free in a top panel that pulls out from the top of the case.
