Noctua NH-U9B SE2

Its smaller size as well as quiet operation makes it an ideal choice for HTPC users. The SE2 package comes with everything you need from a screwdriver and thermal grease to Y-splitter and low noise adapters.
I only have one really small complaint and that is the metal fan clips. The clips can be a little difficult when working in tighter spaces and I feel there has to be a better solution.
If you want Noctua quality and performance but have limited space, the NH-U9B SE2 is certainly worth the look to help in your cooling endeavors.
