It is our policy to keep the products we review unless we had agreed on a return prior to accepting the review. We often re-test products at a later date for comparison or require the sample to address questions sent to us by our readers. It is almost impossible to provide technical support without the product in question available. In addition, all of Overclockers Online's staff members are unpaid. Our team put a lot of time and effort into each and every review they write and the only compensation they get for their work is the products.

In the case that we must return a product, the sponsor must pay for all shipping costs and associated custom fees. Additionally, Overclockers Online and its' staff are not responsible for products that are shipped without our consent.
