The face of the box is very simplistic and appealing, using the Deepcool’s trademark blue-on-white design. A small window is cut out in the corner of the box, giving a sneak-peak at the Ice Blade Pro, with a small picture of the assembled unit printed beside it. There are also several key features briefly labeled across the bottom.

“Core Touch Technology” graces the right side of the box, along with an image of the contact plate.

On the back, Deepcool has printed out the specifications, from dimensions to bearing type, in 13 languages.

As for the final side, we have all of our compatible CPUs and socket types. As you can see, the Ice Blade Pro supports all modern CPUs within the last few years, including AMD’s 940/939/754 sockets.

After pulling out all the contents and their packaging and ensuring everything stayed intact, we see that Deepcool has used the packaging of the extra accessories as additional cushion. Accompanying this is the foam base that the Ice Blade Pro sits in, ensuring that at least the base is protected as much as possible.

Cracking open the extra packaging reveals the necessary accessories. All the mounting brackets and screws are supplied, along with extra fan mounts, and a solo 120mm LED fan. It’s unfortunate that Deepcool has only supplied one fan, as the cooler can handle an extra one, but we’ll see how well one works. Perhaps later revisions will include two fans, hopefully.
