Thermaltake Armor A90 (VL90001W2Z)
Sep 20th, 2010 | By JaredWith the Armor A90, Thermaltake took a step away from the styling of past Armor series cases and if you ask me it’s a winner. The exterior use of triangular shapes helps liven things up without being too flashy. Inside the A90 is painted all in black and carries tool free designs in all of the drive bays.

My only real complaints are the lack of holes in the motherboard tray to aid in cable management and the lack of a tool free design on the PCI expansion slots.
Overall I like the direction in design that Thermaltake has taken the Armor A90 to separate it from models past. If you are in the market for a mid-tower case you should certainly give the Armor A90 a look.
- Advantages
- Exterior design
- Tool free features
- Black interior
- Compatible with larger heatsinks
- Disadvantages
- Wire management
- PCI expansion not tool free
