Removing the side panels reveals the black painted interior. There are plenty of wires as well for the three included fans and front I/O panel. There is room for up to six 3.5″ hard drives. These bays face front to back which may not be as installation friendly as side to side, but should provide better airflow across the hard drives.

Both 3.5″ and 5.2″ drive bays utilize a tool free mechanism that is used by squeezing two tabs towards each other and swinging outward.

For the power supply there is a bracket that has two notches to help secure the power supply in place. There are several holes to adjust this bracket to fit longer power supplies. You’ll notice that the fan cords are all 4 pin Molex and the wires are sheathed in black.

The PCI expansion slots will require the use of screws, but it is nice to see reusable slot covers. The use of punch out slot covers has been one of my bigger complaints in some of Thermaltake’s cases. The motherboard cutout behind the CPU area should provide a large enough opening for most situations where you need to install a backplate. Mounted in the top is a 200mm LED fan to push hot air out of the case.

Taking a glance at the backside of the motherboard tray there is decent room for routing cables though a lack of holes for just this, however there is a decent amount of space behind the hard drive bays to tuck some cables away.

Enough of the tour guide speak, its time to throw some hardware inside and see how the Armor A90 performs.
