For a slim HTPC, the retail package is pretty big and has definitely seen better days before arriving at my door. The retail box gives you a great look at the case and lists some of the features on the front. The back of the box details even more features including where the expansion slot is located, vibration dampening strips, optional fan locations, card reader, power supply and cooling capabilities. The same features are listed in six different languages on one side of the box while the other side gives a brief introduction and a breakdown of the specifications. A carrying handle is included for the purposes of transporting the case around.

Once we open up the retail box we can see that the LC19 only takes up a third of the box and the remaining two-thirds is occupied by padding. This is the only way retailers should ship a case out. Even though the case was shipped in its retail form from California and the front of the box has seen better days, the inside is pristine.

Along with the case I received 2 small cardboard boxes and a power cord. Inside one box was the power brick to convert AC to DC power and the second box contained the instruction manual on how to assembly your new computer with the LC19, a bag of screws and a set of risers to utilize the expansion slots on your motherboard.

The power brick has the model number FSP120-AAB and is clearly made by the FSP group. It will take your regular 120V AC and convert it to 19V DC. The integrated power supply will then convert the 19V DC to a variety of voltages used by your PC: 12V, 5V, 3.3V.

The LC19 is available in two different colors: silver and black. I have the silver model and it is further protected with a plastic bag.
