Arctic Sound P321 USB Headset
Dec 2nd, 2011 | By JaredI am once again impressed by a headset from Arctic Cooling, a company most primarily associate with cooling products. Like the P531 I reviewed earlier the P321 delivers a lot of bang for your buck. The P321 is an exceptional value with USB connectivity, retractable mic and lightweight construction all packaged for a low price. The in line control module is one of the better designed, conforming to your hand with every button in easy reach of your thumb.
Much like any USB headset it pretty much renders an expensive add in sound card useless but if you have are just rocking onboard sound this is probably a good thing. Really my sole complaint with the P321 is the lack of a clip or other mechanism to keep the control module from just dangling and getting caught on objects.
If you enjoy watching movies, listening to music or playing games (pretty much if you do anything other than browse) on your PC the P321 could be just the headset for you. With a current price of around $40 US the Arctic Sound P321 makes a very compelling argument and certainly deserves a look.
