Here is what Thermaltake has to say about our two units today:

Though these two units are both under the extended greater family of Toughpower units, individually, they’re a bit different. The Toughpower XT 875W is a single railed unit while the Toughpower 1200W has four 12V rails.

It should also be noted that the output groupings of the Toughpower 1200W is a bit odd. The 12V1, 12V4 and the 3.3V rail are grouped together while 12V2, 12V3 and the 5V rails are grouped together. There’s definitely a good reason for this, and we’ll have a look further later on.

Both the Toughpower and Toughpower XT both come with a sufficient number of connectors, strangely, the Toughpower 1200W comes with two less SATA connectors than the Toughpower XT 875W
