ProlimaTech Armageddon
Dec 12th, 2010 | By StevenProlimaTech and the Armageddon, totally surpassing all other coolers benchmarked today, delivered outstanding performance. Personally, I’m very impressed with the Armageddon, and it’s only real fault is the mounting system. Priced at sixty-five dollars, the Armageddon is in the same ballpark as most other high-end coolers, but does not include fans.

Although ProlimaTech suggests using 140mm fans with the Armageddon, I find the performance slightly better with higher CFM 120mm fans. Simply there are not any high static pressure 140mm fans on the market today. As seen in the installed picture above, the fans I’ve chosen to run with the Armageddon are two 120mm 90 CFM Late Loon fans. If you choose to run 120mm fans, please make sure you choose units with high CFM and high static pressure.

I’d like to thank ProlimaTech for providing the Armageddon!
